Cable Curls- the most basic bicep exercise. Great for building mind muscle connection to the bicep. Push your elbows slightly in front of your body and drive weight in an arc to your upper torso. Squeeze muscle once you fully engage the bicep. Slowly lower weight until muscle is fully stretched, then with intensity force the muscle to contract.
