I love to play with different variations for front delts. Experiment with tempo. I try to stabilize at the peak contraction for approximately half a second. Sometimes I'll go slow on the eccentric sometimes fast depending on my energy reserves. One thing that never changes for me is the reps. Volume, progressive overload and maximizing mechanical tension are the keys to muscular success.
