Bicep routine getting stale? Try reverse Curls with slightly lighter weight. Place hands just outside shoulder width on the bar. Squeeze for one second at the tightest contraction. Slowly lower weight almost all the way down. As you progress to failure don't be afraid to push a few more reps even if you lose a bit of control.
